Effective date: January 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of the website located at renoinsulationcompany.com and any services provided by Reno Insulation, headquartered in Reno, Nevada.
By accessing or using renoinsulationcompany.com, submitting a contact or estimate request, or engaging Reno Insulation for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or engage our services. These terms may be updated at any time, and the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Reno Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Reno, NV and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to: spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and commercial insulation.
All services are performed by licensed and insured personnel in accordance with applicable Nevada building codes and regulations. The scope of work for any individual project is defined in the written proposal or estimate provided to the customer prior to commencement of work.
Estimates provided by Reno Insulation are free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted. Material costs, permit fees, and labor rates may change after the 30-day period, and revised estimates may be required for projects that begin after that window.
Final pricing is confirmed in the written proposal before any work begins. Scope changes requested by the customer after work has started may result in a revised proposal and adjusted total cost. Reno Insulation will not perform additional work beyond the agreed scope without written or documented verbal authorization from the customer.
Project scheduling is confirmed after the customer approves the written estimate. We will provide a scheduled start date and a reasonable estimated completion window. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, permit timelines, and weather conditions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone at (775) 491-3183 or by email at info@renoinsulationcompany.com. Late cancellations or no-shows for estimate appointments may result in a fee if materials or significant crew time has been allocated.
Reno Insulation reserves the right to reschedule projects due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions that affect the quality of work. We will notify you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment schedule is as follows: a deposit of up to 50% of the total project cost is due before work begins, and the remaining balance is due upon project completion and final walkthrough.
We accept payment by check, electronic transfer, and major credit cards. Any invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Reno Insulation reserves the right to stop work on any project where payment is significantly overdue. All collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, may be charged to the customer for accounts requiring legal action to collect.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. This includes clearing stored items from attics, crawl spaces, or other areas where work is to be performed, unless removal of such items is included in the written scope of work.
The customer must disclose any known hazardous conditions on the property, including but not limited to the presence of asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, or knob-and-tube wiring, before work begins. Reno Insulation may suspend or modify the scope of work if undisclosed hazardous conditions are discovered during the project.
Reno Insulation warrants all labor and workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within this period, we will return to remedy the issue at no additional charge, provided the defect is not caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, damage by third parties, or conditions beyond our control.
Insulation materials are subject to the manufacturer's product warranty, which may differ from our labor warranty. We will provide the applicable manufacturer documentation upon request. Warranties do not cover normal settling of blown-in insulation within expected tolerances, UV degradation of uncovered foam, or damage resulting from water intrusion that predates or is unrelated to our work.
Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing to info@renoinsulationcompany.com within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Insulation's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided or this website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Reno Insulation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or property damage not directly caused by our workmanship. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made, even if Reno Insulation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Any claim that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Reno, NV.
