By accessing or using the website located at www.renoinsulationcompany.com (the "Site") or by requesting services from Reno Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or request our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.
Reno Insulation is an insulation contractor based in Reno, NV. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services. Our services are available in selected areas of northern Nevada and northern California. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
All prices and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are estimates only and are not binding until a written agreement has been signed by both parties. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if the scope of work differs from what was described or if conditions discovered on-site require additional materials or labor.
Free estimates are provided at no obligation to the homeowner or property owner. Requesting an estimate does not create a contractual obligation on either party. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.
Appointments for estimates and project work are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled appointments and will notify you as promptly as possible if we need to reschedule due to crew availability, weather, or other circumstances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed work appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (775) 491-3183 or emailing info@renoinsulationcompany.com. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled start time may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to you in your project agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in the written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. We accept payment by check, cash, and electronic transfer unless otherwise specified.
Invoices not paid within the time specified in the project agreement may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Reno Insulation reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means, including referral to a collections agency or legal action, and the customer shall be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection.
Reno Insulation stands behind its workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within one year of project completion, we will return to evaluate the issue and, if the defect is attributable to our work, correct it at no additional charge. This warranty applies to workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by third parties, structural movement, flooding, or events beyond our control.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. We will provide documentation of the materials used so you can reference manufacturer warranty information if needed.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting estimates and services, including the correct property address and an honest description of existing conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is reasonably accessible on the scheduled date and that any stored items in the work area have been removed prior to our crew's arrival.
For spray foam insulation projects, you acknowledge that you, all occupants, and all pets must vacate the property during installation and for the off-gassing period specified in your project agreement (typically 24 hours). Failure to vacate may result in delays and associated costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the performance of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Reno Insulation or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern about our services or this website, please contact us first at info@renoinsulationcompany.com or (775) 491-3183. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. The costs of mediation will be shared equally between the parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Reno, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
